Our solution
What was the process?
Line for packaging coffee in stick pack format. Consists of 5 units of SP12 with 6 lanes. Some outstanding features are: 1200 mm reel width, hygienic frame design, fully servo driven filling system, inert gas injection. Integrated with a fully automatic transport, folding and string boxing system.
Pharmaceutical
INVpack’s pharma machines are created accordding the strictest production standards to follow all the regulations and specifications from this industry like the GMP regulation. Each machine has each own documentation with material certificates, sealing certificates, 2.1 and 3.1 certificates, roughness tests, riboflavin tests, X-rays and boroscopy images of the welding. INVpack can supply DQ, IQ and OQ documentation.
Furthermore, our service technicians can assist the client during the IQ and OQ execution. Optionally, the machines can be supplied complying with the 21 CFR Part 11.
We can advise our clients on end of line integration such as cartoning machines, weight controls, strings folding machines, counting groups, etc.
